Our Services

Transitional Placements

This service provides medium term accommodation for young people in care. Each child has small, stable team of dedicated Youth Workers and a Case Manager. Each child has a plan, called a Care Map™ which systematically covers each key aspect of a young person's development including Health, Education and Social Development. These services are currently available in Cairns, Bunbury, Brisbane South, Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane West.

Short Term Placements

This service provides short term accommodation for young people in care for 1 - 7 nights. This service is quickly responsive to the needs of the Department of Child Safety in Queensland and the Department of Child Protection in Western Australia, including in regional and remote locations, and locations where Transitional Placements are not currently available.

Flexible Support Services

This service provides flexible support to children and young people in care. The service includes transporting young people (including people with disabilities, very young children and babies), supervision of visits with family and supervision of supervised release orders.
